· All Standard or Capped mobile plans 24, or 36, month contracts. Penalties apply for early termination (Number of months left plus $400.00 exit fee per plan)

· No Flag Fall plans may be had with 12, 24, or 36 month, contracts.

· . Land Line plans 12, 24, 36 month contracts. Penalties apply for early termination (Number of months left plus average of call spend for preceding months plus $400.00 exit fee per line)

· Standard Premium and Standard Access plans on Optus or Telstra billed in per second increments.

· 10/10 Option: plus $10.00 per month to get 10c per 30 sec to any mobile.

· Premium Caps are Optus Network only.

· Calls on Caps billed in 30 sec increments -

· Res Support Plan only available to credit approved health card holders charities registered schools etc.

· Minimum charge national .07c Minimum charge to Mobile .10c.

· Biz Easy national cap 10 minutes for $0.90

· Free minutes on Land lines 1000 per month to any of your M Phone mobiles

· Land Line Caps, Biz Cap, Any Where, Local .40c National .70c per min. Mobile 90c per min. International calls, 1900, information services such as 1234, etc included in the cap.

· Premium C500 rate includes ISDN - NOT ISDN data which is 15c per minute. Premium C500 rate ONLY available to businesses spending over $500.00 per line on other carriers or at the discretion of management.

· Premium C3000 rate includes ISDN - NOT ISDN data which is 15c per minute, per meg. Premium C3000 rate ONLY available to businesses spending over $3,000.00 per line on other carriers or at the discretion of management.

· On mobiles with no flag fall minimum charge .08c.

· Standard SMS 20c.

· Special Mobile Plans such as “SMS special (16c SMS) and Stand Alone and Caps do NOT group”

· Cap plan SMS .25c

· MMS $1.00

· Video Calls - flag fall .35c, Video Call .45c per 30 sec. Standard Premium and Access

· International video - flag fall $1.00, $3.50 per 30 sec Video Call.

· M Phone is not responsible for Premium SMS e.g. originating from 1900 etc. Customers wishing to access these services will need to pay a $100.00 deposit.

· 1.5c per kb excess on non capped data plans over spend limit $100.00 before block applied.

· 3 WAY Services Package saving based on 24 month contracts mandatory on ALL services. $240.00 when 128/64 or 512/128 or 1500/384 ADSL, $480.00 when 8000/512 chosen. $720.00 when ADSL 2 Plus

· International Calls have NO flag Fall (connection Fee).

· Pricing and plans may change with out notice,. Contracted services will be notified in advance of any relevant change to services being provided,

· Unlimited ADSL refers to NO extra charge when limit reached - speed throttled back to 64k. (ISDN SPEED)

· ADSL Churn cost $60.00, New ADSL service cost $199.00

· 10 minutes free allowance subject to a M Phone acceptable use policy. Generally 1000 minutes per month

· Although it is FREE to make changes within your contracts, (generally up) there will be a $45.00 service fee.

· Moving down if permitted will have additional charges associated.

· Reporting faults is FREE and NOT subject to any service fee as long as the fault is network related.

· SIM cards are $15.00 and will be billed to your first account

PAYING YOUR BILL

· To keep call costs down Millennium Phone prefers ONLINE BILLING and DIRECT DEBIT. Receiving and paying your account in this way will be completely FREE

· Other forms of payment carry a processing fee of $4.00

· Late payment of accounts there will be a 5% fee.

· Admin fee is $6.00

· Dishonoured cheques or Declined debits will be charged $45.00
